All,

Currently Microsoft affiliated email systems i.e. (hotmail.com,  live.com, and msn.com) emails are being rejected (bouncing) when email is sent from this website. Also Sbcglobal.net emails are bouncing (At&t affiliate). 

Gmail.com, iCloud.com, and Yahoo.com are working just fine.  

Am working on finding a resolution for this issue.   Our website was listed on 1 of the major 80 spam blacklist organizations, even though our website was not directly the issue, apparently the Microsoft email system blocks anyone that belongs to the IP range of the offending site.  

It will likely take at least a week (or longer) to get this issue corrected. The group that had blacklisted our website is UCEProtect.  

UCEProtect has 3 different levels of offenders, with Level 1, being reserved for known spammers, level 2 is for email settings that are not set correctly (congesting system), and level 3 for those caught up in IP address ranges of known spammers, but are not offenders.  Our website was listed in level 3.  I say was, because  we are now whitelisted (no longer on the blacklist).  I am uncertain why Microsoft and affiliates would even block those listed as level 3, but apparently they do. Will update as soon as this has been resolved.
