I have found a Nieves Ledesma marrying Jesus Marquez(f.Felipe Marquez/mom Susana Martin) in 1840 and having a child with Jose Ana Marquez in 1841, both in San Miguel el Alto. I believe they are part of Jose Joaquin Gutierrez de Laris(b~1689)/Cecilia Martin line. Is there anyway I can confirm this is the same man? The only time Nieves is listed with Jesus and not Jose Ana is the marriage and I can find no marriage for Nieves and Jose Ana.

Jose Ana Marquez and Jesus Marquez Both have the same parents, Felipe Marquez and Susana Martin according to marriage and baptismal records, and they are both married to the same Maria Nieves Ledesma that is a daughter of Jose Dolores Ledesma and Petra Sanchez. I don’t know if they are the same person but they have the same ancestry. Jose Ana Marquez has an older brother named Jesus Marquez.
You are correct that they are parent of the “Jose Joaquin Gutierrez de Laris(b~1689)/Cecilia Martin line” as Susana Guadalupe Martin del Campo descends from them.
